Bones, Joints, Ligaments, Muscles

Hiked for 4.5 hours on Rib Mountain, beginning up the sidewalk on The Bone & Joint Trail (sponsored by the Bone and Joint Clinic which possibly I could have visited for my complaining bones and joints?), down extremely uneven rocky trails, lovely flat and cushy paths.  Looped around the quarry with vultures circling overhead on the trail known as the Turkey Vulture Trail.  Another short section of trail was called the Dynamite Trail.

The ankle was fine, except for the rocky sections where diligence was necessary with every step.  But, the rest of the body felt fine especially as the 28 pound pack was not being carried.  Possibly this hiker can have some confidence in the upcoming trek across England?
