Things to take for the 35 days hiking across England were rather simple to decide. Look back at the blogs for 2013 and 2015. Basically the exact same stuff made the final cut.
So, once again, if it looks like the same clothes are being taken as before, you are correct. If it looks like I wear the same clothes every day, you are correct.
Tried to alternate a few clothing items, but in the end, went with the Tried and True that were Faithfull 100%.

Medical "emergencies"
Lidocaine patches, Blister bandages, orthopedic shoe inserts, extra boot laces, knee braces, ankle braces, ear plugs for cold wind, Compeed fancy British blister bandages which they call "plasters", hand wipes, normal American bandaids, Biofreeze, Tylenol, Tramadol, Sleep pills (wonderful dreams), deodorant, bunion guard, medical tape.
Red Theraband for leg with tendonitis, Harvey strip maps - one for the western half of the walk and the other for the remainder - the eastern. Both will be used twice. Passport, 4 sets of printed pages from the Henry Stedman guide book covering details of the route. Large printed pages of plane, train, extra B&B books and possible routes for the few days at the end of the official C2C. Credit cards. British pounds. Printed directions to all the accommodations (necessary to know where the bed is each night).
Shoulder bag, coin purse, face washing cloths, iPhone, sewing kits, safety pins, 2 pair glasses, British outlet adapter, iPhone cord and plug, ear buds.
